1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Since we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to your delivery address.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, including:

Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities

Most serviceable PIN codes
If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been made.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or supplier availability.
4. Shipping Charges

Paid Shipping: Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout
There are no hidden charges. The total payable amount is shown before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

In some cases, multiple packages may be shipped separately.
6. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our supplier and courier partner to resolve the issue.
Resolutions may include replacement or refund, depending on the case.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) (If Applicable)

COD is available for selected PIN codes and products.

Orders placed with COD may be verified via phone or email before dispatch.

Refusal of COD orders may lead to future COD restrictions.
